We recently purchased a house in Mooresville and asked Dilling to come and quote some electrical work (updating recessed lights, power sockets, electrical panels and light switches). Roderick (Rod) came out to give us a quote. After retaining Dilling, Rod and his co-worker, Rusty, promptly went to work on the update. Along the way, Rod suggested other improvements that we might like to consider, such as surge protectors for the panels and filter systems on the handlers for the HVAC (all of which we ended up having installed). We also had some plumbing work that we wanted to have done (installation of a Moen Flo water cut-off) and Rod was able to promptly arrange the installation of the system. All of the Dilling employees were professional, very knowledgeable and polite. However, Rod really stood out as an exceptional electrician and a credit to Dilling. We would not hesitate to hire Rod and Dilling again for any of our electrical, plumbing or HVAC needs.

Originally had an appt on Saturday, but they called me today letting me know they could get an electrician out this afternoon. Luc came, quickly assessed what needed to be done, got me a quote and he did it today and was done in very efficient time. Super personable as well. He cleaned up any area that had debris after his work, and he even installed a motion LED in my garage when I just asked that the light work. Definitely wasn’t expecting to get an entire new light that has motion sensing. Price wasn’t bad-nothing is cheap these days but it didn’t alarm me at all. Overall very satisfied with Luc’s service. Highly recommend!!!

SEE UPDATE BELOW...This is our 1st time using DILLING. They photograph areas they inspected, and we did let them install a better overflow heating evaporator area thing, as well as a new Contact on the outside Compressor because it was starting to build up Carbon..a long run for electrical, over 25 feet to unit in attic. I was impressed by their technology to document what they were doing, ...was a bit startled at excess cost for 2 new parts on our 4 year old unit...really just an optional replacement to prevent a problem that looked to be in our near future...but I was impressed by their courtesy and professionalism. We did take an annual contract for 2 inspections a year...heating gas unit and A/C compressor, plus the Fresh air system, "AprilAir." Time will tell if we got good work, quality, etc.UPDATE August 2024...Contract covers 4 annual inspectiond, 1 each for A/C, Heating systems, and Plumbing and Electrical. Plumbing inspection today...all well in house, but I asked to have annoying hard to use cutoffs under kitchen sink( plastic "shark bite" ) replaced with proper metal easy-knobs.
